Some of the forming process for the Expandable Surface Pavilion here in London  and the  final assembly in Cologne Germany.

The whole process involved  one day of CNC routing (about 20mins. per sheet of plywood), 5 days of forming and 2 days of assembly.

The design team was: Nacho Marti, Jacob Bek and Pablo Zamorano

Many thanks to Jack Chandi for helping us in London and Ivan Ucros and Sherwood Wang in Cologne!
